Certain Unalienable Rights

My readers.... The grievous nature at which our current President is trying to shape the county is creating an anger in me that I have not felt in a long.. long time, however I don't want to rage at you.

I want there to be a logical thought process to my writing.  I want you to understand that the actions that are being taken by our leadership are so far off course of what our forefathers wanted for us, that any time now we could slip into "The Event" and never be able to ascend again.

Remember... it is our inaction and actions that are the cause of "The Event".

Today's press conference from the President and signing of the his "plan" was the worst constitutional offense he has committed since he signed the NDAA on December 31st in 2011.

The President today had the audacity and the gall to lie to the American people, and I don't believe he feels any remorse about it at all.  Let's breakdown the news conference and his proposed "plan" to end gun violence in America.  Should you want to read it the link is below;

"Universal Background Checks and Healthcare Worker Reporting"

The President's first point of having a "Universal background check" is a semi reasonable point. Currently each state does have a similar process for using the FBI background check to be able see who and who can't own a weapon.  It is a pretty good database to check against, but here is problem.  The database doesn't cover folks who have medical mental issues.  

Do I feel that someone who has been diagnosed with "mental" issue should be denied right to own a firearm?

Yes, but only after three randomly picked independent doctors have deemed them a danger to the public should they ever be in possession of a gun. I feel this is the most effective option because one doctor, one "man" should not have that much power over someones rights or life.  

Does this sound familiar right now?  

One man having all the power? 

We have three branches of Government for a reason, for checks and for balances... we should only allow three independent doctors to make this call.

But the Obama Reich won't do that.  They will choose one doctor ... one doctor that they have "something on" or someone who they can control and have him just "sign off" on someones rights being taken away.

But therein lies the problem.  This "law" is going to make your Doctor spy on you.   The text in the plan states, 

"Clarify that no federal law prevents health care providers from warning law enforcement authorities about threats of violence: Doctors and other mental health professionals play an important role in protecting the safety of their patients and the broader
community by reporting direct and credible threats of violence to the authorities. But there is public confusion about whether federal law prohibits such reports about threats of violence. The
Department of Health and Human Services is issuing a letter to health care providers clarifying that no federal law prohibits these reports in any way." (Page 9 of the plan)

So... all the "HIPAA" laws just go thrown out the window then?  Your doctor can now violate your privacy and confidentiality and will have to by law.  Where is the respect for the 4th Amendment? 

This will prevent families from getting the proper medical treatment they need.  Just think about it... will you a gun owner take your kid to the doctor if part of the "examination" is that the doctor asks you if you have firearms in the house?  

No you wont.  

You wont take your family because you will be afraid the doctor who may now get an incentive to tell on you.  

Sure you can lie and say, "No... I don't own any guns"... but will your kids?  Kids are honest to a fault...

So what happens to the good Doctor when a gun crime is committed and nothing was reported... he / she will loose their license!  This will drive the fear in all Doctors... no one will want to lose their livelihood... so fear will drive compliance among medical professionals.

Then we have the education part of it.  

The plan will work to require Teachers to identify young people who "potentially" have mental issues to be now referred to a proposed program called "A.W.A.R.E" or "Advancing Wellness and Resilience in Education", the Reich proposes that this program would reach 750,000 young people. (Page 14)

So... are these young people future gun owners? Not anymore. They now have mental issues.  

So, yet again... what happens to those Teachers who see something and don't say something? Kiss your teaching job goodbye.

Step by incremental step, the government under Obama's Reich is creating a surveillance culture through fear.  Hitler did this... he trained the youth to spy on their parents. The historical implications of scaring people into reporting their neighbors, and family to the authorities can have far reaching, incredibly damning consequences.

This is a very, very bad thing.

This is slippery slope from which there is no way up. You mark my words, I guarantee they will use this against former Military, former Law Enforcement, as well as everyday Patriots who believe in the 2nd Amendment freedom ... they don't want an armed population that can tell them no.

So..Will this facet of the plan stop people from hurting others..? No it absolutely wont!  It won't even come close, and why?

Because Evil and the Devil are in this world;  Just take this an an example.  On the date of December 14th a man in China decided to slash and hurt 22 innocent Children in China... does anything sound familiar about that date?

It was the day of the Sandy Hook shooting! 

You see the President is telling Americans that eliminating firearms from the hands of the mentally ill will prevent terrible incidents from happening... think again.  I can come up with four to five more events that I can just think of off the top of my head where people used other "implements" to fatally injure someone, and that is just without diving in FBI crime stats. 

This will not work Mr. President.  If you take away firearms from the Mentally ill... this will only push them into a different form of violence.  What will be next?  Eliminate knives?  WE CANNOT BE A NANNY TO EVERYONE.

But there is more to this set of "laws" than meets the eye..

Think about it for a moment.... If people are "diagnosed" that they have mental issues... how easy would it be to have millions of people forcibly "diagnosed" and have their weapons taken away... "Sorry... your depressed" they would say, "You cannot own a gun".  

This will not work and will bring about Tyranny.

"A New Assault Weapons Ban" 

The Presidents next point is the most damning and should be treated as treason.  Part of his not so brilliant plan is to ban "Assault Style" military weapons, and eliminate magazines that are over 10 rounds.

During the press conference, the President so distastefully used the Sandy Hook Shooting as an opportunity to work to eliminate Americans rights to own any type of gun they like.  His exact phrasing in his plan is; 

"The shooters in Aurora and Newtown used the type of semiautomatic rifles that were the target of the assault weapons ban that was in place from 1994 to 2004. That ban was an important step, but manufacturers were able to circumvent the prohibition with cosmetic modifications to their weapons. Congress must reinstate and strengthen the prohibition on assault weapons."

Was a high capacity rifle used in Aurora...? Yes...and the consequences were terrible. Was one used in the Newtown shooting? No... that is a boldfaced lie!  

You see the Newtown shooting as horrible as it was, an "assault rifle" was not used. Handguns were.

Adam Lanza, the shooter left the "assault rifle" in the trunk of the his mother's car.  Here is a video of the authorities searching the trunk and unloading the weapon that the President says the shooter used.  

He lied to you.

The President used the shootings as his own personal Reichstag fire to further his agenda to de-arm the American people and take weapons that people can truly fight back with. 

  

Now... I won't go into the significance of false flags and the history of de-arming the populations for control or execution...you can read about it here, but this "plan" allows the President's tyrannical policies to now go forward with all the good little sheeple following behind him.

The President and his "advisers" are telling you that by eliminating the type of weapons and ammo that people can purchase, as well as the magazine size, that gun violence will be reduced or eliminated.  

B.S - It won't.  

This move will drive a whole new underground market for these types of goods. People will source out other people to buy these items from.  Guns, ammo and magazines will all become black market goods.

 

So... why do they want the American people un-armed?  Why do they want these types of guns outlawed?

The simple answer can be found in the Declaration of Independence;

It is simply this... if we don't posses the equal firepower to "abolish" our current form of Government, they can never be stopped from implementing overspending, endless wars, and tyranny on American soil.  The Event will come.  

Our fore fathers fought against this type of behavior and taxes with the very same weapons that the British had.  Our military has some of the most sophisticated weapons on the planet, not to mention assault rifles and high capacity gun magazines. Do I want a drone? Sure... it would be fun to fly one and scare my buddies... but that isn't realistic... I simply want the ability to protect myself equally.

But the Government doesn't want us equal, they don't want you to be able to be able to fight back against tyranny with the same weapons that they will come after you with.  Our forefathers could see the future. They knew that someday our leaders would once again give in to Evil, decide that the power was theirs and have to be once again stopped.  

We are truly living on George Orwell's "Animal Farm"... "All Animals are equal, but some are more equal than others."

This madness has to stop! Our Government is out of control!  Our President is out of control!  He truly believes that he and the "weight of his office" can force the country to his will!

That is not so!  He is not King Barak Hussain Obama

The Declaration says that; "that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights"  The President may say and endorse this statement, but in his heart of hearts does not believe this to be so. 

Our leaders have decided that what was written long ago is no longer valid.  They have decided that the founding principals that which this country was built upon no longer apply. 

Now... let me clarify... Do I believe that an armed rebellion must be completed to eliminate the current form of Government?

No, I don't, and I pray that it never has to go there!

There is still time for WE THE PEOPLE to come together, raise their voice and warn the leaders of this country that they are so far off track and that they should correct their actions immediately.  I don't want civil war to break out, I don't want people to die.  I want there to be a peaceful solution... We don't want to have to "refresh the tree of liberty".

But we are headed there at such a rapid pace that I am afraid that if we don't fix our attitudes, our hearts and our families we will descend into "The Event" and our world will be tore asunder. 

My friends... if things progress any further... we will not be able to fix it... you need to get up and take action, don't sit by and just yell at your TV!

Start a Patriot group!  Get your like minded friends together so that your voice is louder!  Don't let your single voice get drowned out by the garbage that Obama is trying to give us!
